Aretion AI provides tools to create and deploy AI agents. You acknowledge that:

  • You should implement appropriate oversight and human review
  • Aretion AI is not liable for decisions made by your AI agents

10. Service Level and Availability

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with notice
  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Suspend service for security or legal reasons

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Pose a security risk to our Services

Upon termination, your access will cease, and we may delete your data according to our retention policy.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARETION AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Warranties Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
